My mom hired Kimmy as a day of coordinator about a month before my wedding. From the very beginning, Kimmy was so responsive, helpful and organized. She was very responsive to all of our questions and emails. She was in contact with all of our vendors very quickly, and helped coordinate our timeline. I cannot say how amazing Kimmy was on the day of my wedding. She was in contact with people throughout the day, and made sure that I was as stress free as possible. Our first face-to-face meeting was when I arrived with my groom to the venue. She was so kind and bubbly, she felt like an old family friend. She had this infectious energy, everyone that spoke with her commented on how sweet she was. She made sure that my husband and I ate dinner, and we had some time and appetizers for ourselves during cocktail hour. She checked in with us throughout the night and helped keep me at ease. She made sure we stayed on schedule and helped with any issues that came up. She even helped us clean up the main reception venue at the end of the night. I cannot put into words really how amazing Kimmy was, and how much I appreciate all the work that she did. She really is an amazing coordinator. If I could rate her 10 stars I would. I would absolutely recommend her to any future bride and groom for their special day.
